The breakfast was lovely with fresh coffee and a nice view, for instance and served by the amazingly kind staff. Great and lovely location, it was near the bus station, local buses, particularly to the one to The Eden Project, and many attractions.

I was here for 5 days and would stay here again. I really enjoyed staying in this homey place. The room was well-equipped, excellent staff. Included coffee, tea/coffee and Wi-Fi, and the bed was comfy. The location was ideal and unbeatable, near a train station. Besides, it was near St Austell downtown.
